Information we collect

We may collect information that customers, prospects, staff, and authorized business users provide, including names, companies, titles, email addresses, telephone numbers, event dates and locations, project requirements, product interests, communications, documents, images, appointment requests, and account preferences. We may also keep operational records such as consent, access, delivery, error, and security logs.

How we use information

We use information to answer inquiries, operate the CRM, maintain customer and project records, prepare quotes, invoices, and agreements, organize user-selected files, send requested communications, schedule appointments, provide services, prevent misuse, troubleshoot problems, and comply with legal obligations.

Google user data we access

When an authorized user connects a Google account, the application may access the account identity and permissions the user approves. Depending on the features selected, this may include permission to send Gmail messages; view, create, or update Google Calendar events; create and manage Google Drive files used with the application; and create or update Google Sheets exports.

The application uses this access only to perform user-facing actions selected within the CRM, such as sending a composed customer email, attaching selected files, creating an appointment, saving an application file, or exporting CRM information to a spreadsheet.

Storage and protection of Google data

We store the Google authorization credentials needed to keep an approved connection active and may store identifiers, links, delivery results, event details, file metadata, and CRM records created through connected features. Application traffic is transmitted using HTTPS. Access to administrative functions and stored information is limited through account permissions and server access controls. No online system can guarantee absolute security.

Sharing and transfers

We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or provide it to data brokers. Information is shared only when directed by the user, such as sending an email to chosen recipients; with service providers needed to operate hosting, communications, storage, or security; when required by law; or as otherwise permitted by the Google API Services User Data Policy. We do not use Google Workspace data to train generalized artificial-intelligence or machine-learning models.

Google Limited Use disclosure

The use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Retention and deletion

We retain business and application information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the requested service, maintain business records, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations. Authorized users may disconnect Google in application setup or revoke access through their Google Account. To request correction or deletion of application data, contact us using the information below. We will evaluate and fulfill applicable requests, subject to legal and legitimate record-retention requirements.

Website, communications, and service providers

Our websites may collect ordinary request information such as browser, device, IP address, referring page, form entries, and communications. Vendors that host or operate our websites, CRM, email delivery, scheduling, file storage, communications, and security may process information on our behalf under their service terms.

Children

Our services are intended for organizations and adult event planners. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through these business services.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our services, data practices, or obligations change. The effective date identifies the current version. Material changes to Google data use will be disclosed and consent requested where required.
