Acceptance and authorized use

By accessing or using the application, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. You may use the application only with authorization from Simply Magic Display Systems LLC or an approved business account administrator and only for lawful business purposes.

Application functions

The application provides customer relationship management, communication drafting and sending, document generation, media organization, appointment coordination, reporting, and related business tools. Features may change as the application is tested and improved.

Google Workspace connection

Google connection is optional. If you connect an account, you authorize the application to use the permissions displayed by Google for the features you select. You remain responsible for recipients, message content, attachments, appointments, files, spreadsheet exports, and actions initiated through your account. You may disconnect the integration or revoke access through your Google Account.

Account security

You are responsible for protecting your login, connected accounts, devices, and access credentials. Do not share access with unauthorized persons. Notify us promptly if you believe an account or integration has been compromised.

Customer information and permissions

You must have the right to enter, upload, use, or send customer information and files. You are responsible for honoring privacy, confidentiality, intellectual-property, marketing, communications, and record-retention requirements that apply to your use.

Acceptable use

You may not use the application to send spam or unlawful communications; impersonate another person; upload malicious or infringing content; attempt unauthorized access; disrupt the service; evade security controls; or use connected Google data for advertising, surveillance, data brokerage, or unauthorized model training.

Review before sending

Artificial-intelligence suggestions, extracted information, pricing calculations, generated documents, and drafted communications may contain errors. Users must review recipients, attachments, dates, prices, commitments, and content before sending or relying on them. The application is not legal, tax, insurance, financial, or accounting advice.

Availability and third-party services

We work to keep the application available, but uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed. Google, hosting, communications, artificial-intelligence, and other third-party services are governed by their own terms and may experience outages, change features, reject requests, or revoke authorization.

Suspension and termination

Access may be limited or suspended to protect users, data, systems, or legal compliance, or when these terms are violated. Users may stop using the application and disconnect integrations at any time.

Disclaimer and limitation

To the extent permitted by law, the application and website information are provided on an "as available" basis without warranties that every feature will meet every requirement. Simply Magic Display Systems LLC is not responsible for losses caused by unreviewed user input, incorrect recipients or attachments, third-party outages, unauthorized access resulting from a user's failure to protect credentials, or actions taken outside the application.

Changes

We may update these terms as the application and applicable requirements change. Continued use after an updated effective date constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
