A customer relationship, communications, document, and event-project management application operated by Simply Magic Display Systems LLC.
Authorized users can maintain customer profiles, prepare agreements and invoices, organize approved media, build customer emails, and coordinate event work. Google Workspace connection is optional and begins only when an authorized user chooses to connect a Google account.

The application requests only the Google permissions needed for features an authorized user chooses to use.
View event availability and create or update customer appointments and related calendar events.
Create and manage files that the user creates with, uploads through, or selects for use with the application.
Create and update spreadsheets when the user chooses to export CRM or reporting information.
User control
Users choose whether to connect Google, what customer email to send, which attachments to include, which calendar event to create, and when to export information. A connection can be removed in the application setup or revoked from the user's Google Account permissions.
Limited Use
The use of information received from Google Workspace APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
